The private Procet Developer of Kakumäe Haven gave layout and concept advice of the Marina Service Building and Marina Layout into the hands of urban aqua®, related to the project at a 17 ha site, reclaimed completly from the sea. The goal of the project is to create an amazing lifstyle hub with Marina but also landside, non-boating attractions as well as Apartment and Office units. Also the Marina shall become a full service Marina, the first one in Estonia.
