The construction of a new yacht harbor called ”Mainside”, a residential and commercial district. Based on a competition for maritime development, a master plan for the harbor area was developed, the plans were worked out and the implementation was managed. The top of the pier received, as a design recom-mendation, an innovative gastro-nomic facility integrated into its maritime user model.
