By being appointed by a Consortium of German Developers, urban aqua® by JPC Ltd, got the assignment to design the waterfront of Neuwied Marina along the River Rhein.
This development at the river will contain mainly be a living area, but also facilities for leisure time activities like retail and restaurants at/on the water, flood prevention and natural areas.
