urban aqua® has been tasked by the B.I.G. Bremen to perform a market and site analysis for the Europe Harbour in Bremen, Germany. Based on this analysis structural concepts were to be developed within preliminary planning and furthermore action and planning recommendations were to be presented. This ana-lysis had to determine the efficiency of a marina in the Europe Harbour and develop the ten-dering for investors in such a marina.
