April 2016: Marina at Keppel Bay awarded PIANC Marina Award
Marina at Keppel Bay in Singapore has been awarded with the PIANC Marina Excellence Design ‘Jack Nichol’ Award  (MEDA) 2016 by the Jury of the Recreational Committee of PIANC. Dr. Peter Jansen, member of this group and present at the Singapore Asia Boating Forum in April 2016 as one of the speakers and panel experts.

April 2016: Marinetek platinum sponsor of ICOMIA World Marinas Conference 2016
Marinas builder Marinetek is the sole platinum sponsor of the event. Swedish Seaflex has signed a golden sponsorship agreement, while Dutch based company Roodberg and Marina Planet from Italy are silver sponsors. Over 30 speakers have been contracted for the conference. Registration at an early bird rate is still possible until 1 August. The ICOMIA World Marinas Conference 2016 is organized by RAI Amsterdam in partnership with the ICOMIA Marinas Group (IMG) and the HISWA Holland Marine Industry Association. Dr. Peter Jansen, Secretary of the IMG, is member of the Conference Organising Committee.

Dec. 2015: Project Marina Neuwied: Development Plan Act
During its regular meeting, the council of the City of Neuwied voted on December 8^th 2015, with all members in favour, to start officially the development plan act. Basic for the decision of the city council was the master plan concept and design of urban aqua, undertaken by the companies owner, Dr. Peter Jansen. Now urban aqua will go on with the master and development plan, trying to get the final approval of the city council beginning of 2017.
