June 2015: Kakumäe Haven, Tallinn, Estonia Marina Concept
The new Kakumäe Haven Marina, located North-West of Tallinn, developed by the company Kakumäe Jahisadam, gave the order to urban aqua to consult with layout, facility concept and design of the Marina and the Marina Service Building. For undertaking this task, Dr. Peter Jansen has been in Tallinn several times to meet the client and the investors for local workshops and to visit the site to determine planning basics and restrictions.
